Chocolate and vanilla cake Past.Mastrangelo gr. 750: corn cake covered with hazelnut pralines. A rich corn flour, hazelnuts and butter dough, topped with scrumptious hazelnuts pralines. A true festive dessert and an inviting speciality of the Abruzzo region.

Casino di Caprafico Spelt Fusilli Pastificio Santoleri gr. 500: the stone ground and unsifted spelt flour used to produce the pasta still retains a unique organoleptic balance, one that can be only tasted if the product is strained before it reaches the point when it is thoroughly cooked, and remains very much ‘al dente’.

Casino di Caprafico Extra-virgin Olive Oil lt. 0,75: The commercial farm’s cultivars are: the Leccino, the Gentile di Chieti and the Intosso. The production employs a continuous cycle cold press mill, which yields a veiled, unfiltered olive oil. The production and the preservation techniques coupled with the cultivars’ and the soil’s characteristics give value and quality to the oil produced. The olive oil produced in this area, with its fruity, spicy, and slightly bitter aroma coupled with a very low acidity, may well be considered one of the best Italian food products.

Torrone sweet (nougat) filled with Strega liqueur Past. Mastrangelo gr. 200: A soft sponge cake soaked in the famous liqueur and covered with almond torrone, a mixture that creates veritable taste explosion.

Saffron Az. Ag. Silva Rosa: The commercial farm cultivates the purest saffron threads. This fine spice is obtained from the flowers of the Crocus Sativus. In October, when the plant blooms, the flowers are harvested and the stigmas are manually removed. In order to produce 1 gram of stigmas, approximately 170 flowers are needed. Saffron gives a special fragrance to your kitchen, especially when preparing a typical Italian risotto.

Trebbiano and Montepulciano Cirelli lt. 0,75: Cirelli is a commercial farm that extends on a 22 acres area amongst the beautiful Atri hills. Local producers of olives, vegetables and traditional Italian wines (Montepulciano, Cerasuolo and Trebbiano) as well as geese farmers, the owners of the Cirelli farm, thirty-something Francesco Cirelli and Michela Palazzo Adriano, work with the utmost respect for nature and its cycles engaging with passion and vitality in what they define as their ‘sustainable project’. The wines they produce, all vinified in stainless steel tanks, are fresh and easy to drink, two characteristics that rarely occur in Abruzzo wines.
