The vegetables, the herbs and the oranges are grown in wholly organic gardens, using only natural fertilizers and spring water.

Trenette Az. Rossi gr. 500, Baci di Dama Biscuits Az. Rossi gr. 200: The Rossi Company, founded in Genoa in 1974, specializes in the production of high quality confectionary and gastronomic products, among which one can count the best Ligurian pasta. All the products are baked in firewood ovens.

Red Tuna Fillets Cetari gr. 200: tuna fish meat, rich in protein, is held in high esteem for its organoleptic characteristics and nutritive value.

Anchovies Cetari gr. 200: the anchovies are caught using the seine fishing method with a net called ‘cianciolo’, the fish is then layered with salt and covered with a wooden disk called ‘tompagno’ upon which a weight is placed.

Amaretti di Voltaggio Biscuits gr. 200: the Amaretti di Voltaggio®, whose name was trademarked in the early '90, are handmade, almonds sweets, produced a recipe that has been handed down from generation to generation. A true classic amidst Italian food products.

Genoan Pandolce Az. Cavo gr. 1000: this cake was originally baked by the fishermen’s wives for their husbands, sons and fathers and had a long shelf life. Leaving for long fishing trips the men would bring the pandolce with them and, in being able to taste some of the flavours from back home, they would feel a little less homesick. The light, eggs-free Pandolce dough is made with milk, raisins, candied fruit and pine nuts.

Pigato di Albenga White Wine doc Az. Feipù Dei Massaretti lt. 0,75: made from Pigato, a white Italian wine grape, which means "spotted", because of the spots on the ripe grapes. Mostly enjoyed locally, it is a very interesting wine, with a slightly richer and fuller key than other north Italian wines.

Rossese di Albenga Red Wine doc Az. Feipù Dei Massaretti lt. 0,75: A white wine that perfectly represents the Ligurian viticulture and complement well a vast array of regional foods. The wines are light, fresh and fragrant.
