Our plants are organically grown following the natural biological cycle. The 40% of granulated sugar contained in the jam guarantees the product’s preservation; no food coloring, preservatives or artificial thickeners are added to the fruit. The jam is bottled at a 95C temperature, is not pasteurized and is characterized by a pleasant sweetness and a balanced flavour.

Fetuccine Egg Pasta Montagna gr. 500: The Montagna family aims to spread the consumption of the traditional Marche egg pasta to a wider public. By using new applicative technologies, the company is able to produce a pasta whose unique characteristics set it apart from all the other products currently on the market. Made with the wheat grown on the San Cesareo di Fano hills, the pasta presents a particularly rough surface, which makes it perfect for a different array of sauces. The pasta also retains its qualitative characteristics well after it had been thoroughly cooked.

Wild Herbs Sauce Sigi gr.100: a vibrantly green, semisoft sauce made with wild herbs- The fresh and complex flavour combines the bitterness of the herbs with a slight acidity that is tantalizing for the appetite.
