Speck Alto Adige IGP - Speck Maccelleria Pramstaller gr.1000: Le baffe di speck vengono cosparse di sale e di una speciale miscela di aromi (sale, pepe, ginepro, rosmarino e alloro). Esse vengono salmistrate a secco in ambiente controllato per tre settimane e girate più volte per agevolare la penetrazione uniforme della salamoia. La miscelazione degli aromi è la fase in cui ogni produttore può dare il proprio tocco personale attraverso la propria ricetta segreta e tramandata di generazione in generazione. Deve però fare attenzione che il contenuto di sale nel prodotto finale non superi il 5%. Dopo la salmistratura, le baffe vengono sottoposte alternativamente alle fasi di affumicatura e asciugatura.In seguito all’affumicatura, le baffe restano appese in locali pervasi dall’aria fresca delle valli di montagna altoatesine.

Sciroppo di fragole Az. Seibstoch lt. 0,50:Prodotto naturale, realizzato senza l’aggiunta di sostanze artificiali. Una bevanda dissetante per le calde giornate estive. Diluito nel rapporto di 1:6 con acqua, diventa un ottimo succo di frutta.

Confettura ai mirtilli neri Az. Seibstoch gr. 220: Il mirtillo nero contiene moltissima carotina (che rafforza il sistema immunitario), vitamina B6, magnesio e vitamina C. Agli antociani, contenuti nel frutto, vengono attribuite proprietà antiossidanti e antinfiammatorie. Prodotto di grande qualità. Una prelibatezza per la prima colazione, uno spuntino o la preparazione di dolci.

Sugo allo speck Az. Seibstoch gr. 280  un sugo saporito da proporre anche in accompagnamento con i classici canederli tirolesi

Mostarda dolce piccante di fichi Az. Seibstoch gr.240: La mostarda di Fichi dolce-piccante, accompagna in modo perfetto carni arrostite e lessate, come il bollito misto o il roast beef all'inglese può essere servita assieme a diversi tipi di formaggio.

Alto Adige doc Muller Thurgau Abbazia di Novacella lt. 0,75. Bianco delicato e leggero, dal bouquet fine da abbinare a primi piatti.

Alto Adige doc Lagrein Riserva Petrus Kellerei lt. 0,75 un rosso di bella struttura e corpo che accompagna anche il Gulash più speziato.

Trento doc Brut Balter lt. 0,75 uno spumante da proporre come  entrata  sugli antipasti.
